How to set your browser settings for OTA installation

Follow these steps to set your default BlackBerry browser identification:
  1. Open your BlackBerry browser, and click the "Options" menu.
  2. Open "General Properties"
  3. Set "Default Browser" to either "Internet Browser" or "BlackBerry Browser". Save and close.
  4. Open "Browser Configuration"
  5. At the top, choose the browser you selected in Step 3, either "Internet Browser" or "BlackBerry Browser"
  6. Set "Emulation Mode" or "Browser Identification" to "BlackBerry".
  7. Save and close
Close your browser completely, and try your download again.
